Wish I had this years ago

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is what every pet owner has been wanting forever. The pet can open the door by itself, if you give it permission. Fantastic idea and I can’t believe it took until 2023 for this to happen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This door is great for a dog that wants to go out whenever they want. Installation wasn’t terrible and it looks nice. I love that my dog can go out even when I’m not home. Would recommend to anyone looking for a doggie door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This smartdoor is such a life saver. You won’t realize the value until you actually own it and start using it. I was skeptical but results are amazing. You can control it via app and schedule your activities as per your pooch’s routine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We installed this door on our detached garage/workshop. It is a heated and air conditioned space that our dogs can go during the hot and cold seasons for relief, water, and food. The door unlocks automatically from the collar key and does not let any other stray pets or forest animals.

The large is too large to fit through a wall

I bought this to replace an aging dog door from our mud room to the outside. Unfortunately, the medium was too small for our range of pets, and the large is not designed to fit through the standard distance between wall studs.
The product seems to be targeted towards doors, but all of the doors to the back yard are glass and have storm doors as well. Besides, I've already got a perfectly sized dog door, although it's just a plain 'ol door and I was really looking forward to the remote control.

Amazing! I have a cat door in my basement where 3 cats come and go. It is nice to know that they can still enjoy freedom without any weirdos soming in. I also think the weight of the door (not heavy, just heavier than a flap) is deterring them from bringing in gifts! Bonus! I also like how when all 3 are in I can lock from phone. Super handy with rain or snow storms!

WPA2 Internet Required!!

Warning! if you use WPA3 security for internet, this door WILL NOT work. Nowhere in the setup docs or online seems to have this information. You must have or change to WPA2 security on your internet router. Other than that, it does work. It takes the dogs a bit to get used to the delay in the door unlocking, but that's just a training issue.
