Garmin instinct (1st model original design)
I am NOT an athlete, I do not train or use this watch as "intended".
I am a mechanic, and this watch allows me to see calls and messages without pulling out my phone with dirty hands from my pocket.
I have owned the same single watch for 5years! It has been through EVERYTHING.
it has broke a wrist band and fell into oil, caked with grease, covered in brake fluid (that destroys plastic very quickly), ripped off, in engines, on the floor, grind and weld steel beside it, caustic and acidic chemicals, you name it.
The charge STILL lasts close to a month.
I've bought lots of bands (they soften up in the oils and breaks) and face protectors.
It has never glitched or failed.
Only thing I have an issue with is the charging port on the back will have connection issues because it's full of junk or dirty from my work. (Just needs to be cleaned out)
I will purchase another ANYTIME if this one ever failed.
