I have noticed that the run time on our Mila has greatly reduced since we started using it. I am assuming that is because it has cleaned the air so well. The only time I hear it running anymore is if we light a candle or cook bacon. For the most part it is pretty quiet :)

Mila appears to work as intended but is very sensitive to any type of cooking, even when positioned away from the kitchen. Sounds like a jet engine upon take off. Notifications of being worried about mold is suspect as the humidity in the house is appropriate by other measures.

Milas are great, guests are always impressed by the low noise and intelligent quiet modes. If I could make 2 improvements, they would be 1) ability to selectively disable alerts (mould alert in an old stone cottage - nothing I can do about that), 2) a setting to automatically go from manual to automagic at the end of the day (I forget I turned them to manual during a movie and they get stuck on 0 for days).

Overall pleased- can think of a couple of enhancements- 1 - a one touch ‘holiday’ mode, 2 - make that controllable from the API, 3 - adopt the unofficial Home Assistant add-on and make it official, first class supported, and fix the long standing periodic reauthentication issue.

Filter VOC and PM but stirs up PM to crazy high numbers. If automatic actually worked the filtering benefit of unit would be appreciated

I did a LOT of research before deciding to purchase Mila for our home... I wanted an air purifier that would take care of everything from VOCs to allergens, that wouldn't produce any ozone, that wouldn't break the bank, and that wasn't a total eyesore. Mila checked ALL of those boxes, and more! Not only is Mila SUPER cute (my kids actually love her and gave her a hug when she got home), but she's powerful (so many modes to choose from!), smart (I'm obsessed with tracking our air quality on the app), and a standout in the flooded air purifier market. I am so happy we found Mila. It gives me peace of mind knowing that our family can always come home to clean air.
