Leaking water

I bought it beginning of the year, it worked very well, but for the last two months it has been leaking water. Hopefully this can be fixed !

Breakage/cheap plastic

Multiple cracks in the top of the tub upon delivery. It lasted for five months for the top loading lid broke. There’s no agitator and so clothing tangles easily, this also causes loads to frequently spin off-balance. As a result it’s impossible to run the machine while you do errands and come back. You absolutely have to supervise this machine. Furthermore, the drain hose is poor quality plastic. The adaptor for placing the hose in the sink is not very heavy duty and so the hose can fall out of the sink while draining. It’s necessary to tie it down. I used duct tape. I’ve had the thing for five months and it’s already broken in multiple places. It’s cheap, but is it worth it if it’s going to break on you so quickly?

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I used this machine for 6 month. The spinner is fell of. The screw that connect spinner and machine is out of shape. I called BestBuy and Costway for warranty. They said the warranty only 30 days. That is ridiculous. Since the part is substandard, the machine couldn't be repaired. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY to buy any product from Costway. POOR QUALITY PRODUCT and POOR WARRANTY POLICY.

I bought it and found that someone had used it. I was disappointed. There was still water in it, everywhere, and it was not clear whether it could work.

Shipping was fast, and came earlier than expected. Used the machine for the first time last night. Had to make adjustments to the hose fitting, fortunately we had some different fittings at home and it was a fairly easy fix. Machine worked efficiently and clothes came out very clean. It used a bit more water than I expected, but with some more uses I'm sure I will figure out how it works best!

Very hard to connect

poor machine, hardly to find a coupling to connect to the kitchen faucet. don't you suppose to include the basic coupling in the package? or at least you indicate the diameter of the pipe? when I buy the coupling from amazon, which is common use for most wash machines, it doesn't fit your GD pipe.
