I was very happy to receive the parcel. But was very disappointed. When I opened it, doesn't look like brand new. It looks more like opened box. I checked inside, I found water droplets and the host dripping out water. I careful examined and scanned every part of the washer, it has dirty markings and after I tried to move it over closer to the sink, I could hear water still sitting underneath not completely drained. It's unbelievable! It looks like the machine could not drain the water out completely and someone returned it. Then they shipped the opened box washer to me. I would not recommend it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had this product for about 1 month. When it first arrived I could see there was testing done so a little water drained out. Everything works well. The machine itself pauses when first starting the cycle each time for a second but continues. No idea why. The noise level is minimal. The washer washes clean. It also does a good job at capturing lint. Holds a good number of shirts too...maybe 10 to 12 of my husbands large tee's at a time. Spin select works really well and my first load literally air drys before the second load is over. Adjusting the water level is convenient as it saves on water for smaller delicate loads. Need to purchase hose adapter still but I've been able to use it by manually filling in the meantime. Beeping noise at the end of cycles is just too loud n cannot be adjusted. Making it impossible to do early loads in a small apartment unit. Customer service was great. Responded to shipping concerns quickly. After I purchased the machine it went on a further sale and I was refunded the difference...easy peasy. So I appreciated that. Will update my comment in a year.
