It was delivered in a perfect package.
However, it wasn't really 10 lbs, probably around 3kgs and the base board's screws do not match the board. Other than these issues, very cute, compact washing machine ideal for small spaces.

I bought the product with excitement. but i was disappointed. They said used product in previous comments but I didn't respect it. I didn't believe it. I thought Besbay wouldn't do such a thing. however the item seems to be used and made of not very sturdy material. Don't buy this product. I am trying to return it. 1 cardboard was torn. There were water droplets on the pink cover. Water flowed from 3 hoses. 4 product quality seems to be made from a bad material that is not durable. 4 lower black cover screwing places are factory faulty
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
