[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a business, we purchased 3 of these laptops. We currently use Dell's, but are testing Lenovo as a replacement.
One thing we have learned is that Lenovo should've never sold laptops with Snapdragons. Lenovo currently can't support issues with Snapdragon; for example Vantage does not work and the laptop doesn't think it has any drivers/hardware.
Snapdragon itself is a great product. This issue is 100% related to Lenovo's compatibility. Lenovo did not take proper steps to ensure its laptops would work with these processors.
I've had an open support ticket for this laptop for over a month and it is still not fixed. I asked our rep if we can swap them out for Intel counterparts and he has ghosted us. We want to give Lenovo our business, but it seems like they don't want it. Lenovo needs to make this right.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
