I have extremely dry, curly hair and the diffuser attachment made it very easy to style my hair. I got this complimentary from dysonhair but I would purchase on my own.

This model is significantly better than the first one and delivers all the performance features advertised by Dyson, including the Neural sensor. However, before making a purchase, I highly recommend verifying the product's origin in person by visiting a Dyson store. This can make a substantial difference in the quality of the device.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product complimentary from Dyson. I’ve been super excited to get this in the mail so I tried it out as soon as I got it. This blow dryer is very impressive. It dried my hair that was very wet in 10 min. I used the scalp protect mode and I loved that I didn’t have super hot heat on my head. And the fact that when you put the hair dryer down and it turns off by itself is so cool. I love that it remembers what settings you use with different attachments. This is the most advanced and intelligent hair dryer I’ve ever used and I’m so impressed!

There is a new button on this Dyson compared to the older models which is a scalp protection mode and the temperature automatically adjusts! It detects how far away you are from your hair and the closer you get the less hot it gets ! It automatically recognizes your styling preferences and gives you amazing shiney hair with no heat damage ! This one sadly does not come with a case ! Gifted by Dyson

I have never even considered buying a hairdryer that was costly, until I ran into this dryer. I use that term lightly because it’s so much more than a dryer! I mean yes, its main function is to dry your hair, but Dyson really pulled out all the stops on this one! I have used several other dryers with a diffuser, but never have I had one that comes in separate pieces and the simple act of taking that top piece off actually reverses the airflow so my hair is getting sucked down into the bowl vs. getting pushed out by the strength of the blower.
Also, the intuitive way it lowers and accelerates heat by moving it either closer or away from your hair is amazing! It even knows when it’s been laid down and automatically lowers the setting to cool.
I can’t say enough about this product! I’m so happy I took the plunge and bought this. It’s really been a game changer!

I have really enjoyed using this product. I am obsessed with the tool that helps with flyaways! It really works! All of the tools are amazing and do what they are designed to do. I love the power, smoothness and automatic adjustments so you are using the correct temperature. I chose this product due to my hair that is thin and fragile in order to keep it as strong and healthy as possible with the least amount of damage. The only drawback was the price. Although satisfied with the product, the price is really excessive.
