It Cooks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are many good features that come with this range. I like that it connects to Wi-Fi so that it can be monitored while I'm away. Not having to set the time anymore is just a bonus. The air frying worked well, except as per the instructions on the range display, it says to follow the air fry cooking instructions on the food package. Those instructions said to coat the chicken lightly with oil, which I did. DO NOT do that. The vapors from the oil coated all over the inside of the oven, as well as all of the racks. We're still trying to clean that mess up. The self-clean feature was of little help. I don't think it gets as hot as an electric self-clean range does. Also, the blue film that protects the surfaces during shipment was a nightmare to remove. We spent hours with a plastic scraper to try and get it all off. Customer service was no help, we only received the standard generic responses. This is mostly why I'm only giving the range 3 stars. I have included a video of us having to scrape it off

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love my new range. The only problem I have is at the lowest I put for simmer on the stove top, no matter which burner it’s way to hot and more than a simmer!?

Mostly happy with the range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range in February 2025 and so far I like most of the features. However, setting the clock is difficult as my phone doesn't always scan the QR code. It would be much easier to just manually set the clock but there are no directions on how to do this. I have used the air fryer feature yet.
