…the blue film comes off!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Desperately needed a new stove, and was blessed enough to receive this from Influenster! First and foremost, THE BLUE PROTECTIVE FILM COMES OFF! peels off easily on all areas except the knob plate - had to scrape all that off with my fingernail. What a pain. Love the flush grates - makes sliding pans on and off the heat so easy. Great design for cleaning the cooking surface too, as the grates easily lift up and self-suspend. Burners have even flames, and seems like the flame height can be adjusted. Oven cooks evenly (I only use the “air” settings, which I’m assuming are this models’ version of convection). Wish the oven racks themselves were sturdier - they seem pretty flimsy and I’m not sure how they’ll hold up over time with continuous heavy objects on them. Also wish the knobs didn’t have a cheap plastic feel - definitely don’t feel like solid stainless steel. LOVE all the “techy” feature options, including the ability to preheat your oven from your phone through their app. Can’t figure out how to adjust the oven temperature while it is cooking and set to a different tempt without turning the whole thing off and back on.
FYI - make sure you do an initial oven burn and get all of the factory chemicals out of the unit before using it! Do this on a day when you can ventilate your house, because they stink! All in all, we love our new range! Built well, seems sturdy (minus points listed above), is super easy to clean, and evenly cooks food.

Can’t peel off protective coating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall of course, the stove is great. But we are still scraping off the protective coating you put around the front top edge and dials two weeks later and will probably need another two weeks to complete. All other protective areas with film peeled off fine. Only the dial area has required us to use a “spudger” to painstakingly chip away the coating.

notification oven is on, its turned off several times and i had no indication it was off until i checked on the food. turkey was “cooking” for 3 hours before i realized the oven was off

Extremely disappointed in this purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am completely unhappy with this Range. If there was any possibility of returning it, I would. The reason: the entire panel of "functions" across the rear panel of the Range DO NOT LIGHT UP. The very small, white text is VERY difficult to read in the late afternoon and nearly impossible to read in the evening. The text is "fairly" readable during the bright daylight hours. But using this Range is beyond disappointing in the late afternoon and evening. I literally now keep a small flashlight on the kitchen counter :( It is ridiculous that this Range was designed with function icons that don't light up. Every single day as the sun begins to set...I dread using this new Range.
