Cooks great but…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is great oven that cooks wonderfully, however there are a few things that I feel are keeping it from being a five star product. Prior to even using this, I lifted the stove cast iron grates to wipe down the residual packing dust and both grates snapped off the back hinge. The bottom drawer is very difficult to close once opened, we finally got it closed and will never open again! Finally the sound for the timer is very quiet, even when set at the highest sound setting.

Poorly constructed drawer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice stove, however the drawer on the bottom is the absolute worst thing I have ever seen. Made of the cheapest material ever, and does not slide in and out easily at all.. it is soooo frustrating, comes off the track and it is a struggle getting is back on track. This stove wasn’t cheap, but that drawer sure is.
