I love that it has an air fryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an electric stove which I hated and had not used for over a year. I put a gas furnace in and have them hook up a brand new gas stove, which I absolutely love it keeps the correct temperature and it looks so nice in my kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The top peace in front over oven is not totally in place and a very small pease is broken off I am really hoping it doesn’t affect the oven in anyway. I am very disappointed.
I have had for a few days and did not notice

Control Panel Needs Replaced Within 8 Months

We bought all new Whirlpool kitchen appliances for our new home and moved in at the end of January 2025. Initially, all was well, with the exception of the blue film which I have not yet been able to completely remove. About two months ago, I noticed that food would come out “not done” after the recommended cook time, so I purchased a thermometer to put inside the oven and we realized it was not reaching the temperature indicated by the stove. So we just started cooking things for longer, to insure they got done/hot all the way through. Irritating for a new product, but we could live with it. Then last month (so after approximately 7-8 months of minimal use, as we don’t cook much at home), the oven simply stopped heating altogether. We called to schedule a repair, as it is still under warranty, and was told there were no techs in our area, so to find someone on our own and we’d be reimbursed. Our repair guy came out on 9/23 and determined that the stove needs a new control panel, provided us with the part number so that Whirlpool could send it. We have emailed a copy of his invoice, as well as the part number of what is required, and gotten nowhere. I am currently on hold with Whirlpool for the fourth day in a row (have been on hold over two hours now). I am disgusted and would absolutely never purchase this range again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this a couple of weeks ago. We are still waiting on the front la Al to come. When the range being in packed they scaled the blue tape with a razor blade. That we found in the box they didn’t take. We are also waiting for another pan Al because the blue tape cannot come off. Also the griddle didn’t come with the ranger We filled the service agreement in the store. So I’m waiting on that. Other wise I love my store. I will be fighting till it’s right.

An "A" for cooking, but "C-" for upkeep

I've only had it for a short time so I haven't had the opportunity to use more than the cooktop and normal oven features. Even and accurate heating in both fields makes cooking a breeze! I'm anxiously awaiting the griddle to use for a variety of things. I DO have a couple of things that I'm not happy with. I didn't realize how quickly the cooking residue appears and spreads in so many areas from one burner. Everytime I use the cooktop there is more of a mess than I would anticipate. I have recently ordered new silicone confinements that I hope will help to remedy this. The more important issue I have is with the stainless finish that lays flat above the burner knobs and slants behind the cooking surface/under the control panel. Because the splatter must be cleaned well every time the cooktop is used; and because the grates only number 2 over the whole cooktop, they are very heavy. Even being so careful to lift each one separately to move them, that stainless has become scratched on 3 occasions. After paying for this expensive range, I would expect more protection to have been planned. I have no ideas on how the scratches could be taken care of, and I don't want to void the warranty in any way.
