Just upgraded to the ASUS TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 5090 32GB GDDR7, coming from both an PNY OC RTX 5080 and RTX 4090, and the performance difference is noticeable right away. 4K gaming runs incredibly smooth with excellent frame rates, and the 32GB of GDDR7 really helps with demanding titles and workloads. The TUF cooling design keeps temperatures under control even during long sessions, and the build quality feels extremely solid and premium.
The only issue I’ve run into is occasional freezing in some titles like Elden Ring and Battlefield 6. However, I experienced the same issue previously on my RTX 5080 as well, so it may be more related to game optimization or drivers rather than the card itself.
Overall, it’s an absolute beast of a GPU and a great choice if you’re looking for top-tier performance and future-proof hardware.

I bought this card for a very high price after struggling to get a cheaper card for months. However, I have been very impressed with its performance AND cooling! When I first booted it up, I heard a little bit of coil whine, however, after adjusting the fan curve, I got it running silent with temps in the mid to upper 60s. I'm pretty bummed that I had to spend so much, however, this is an excellent card. I even got a stable uv/oc to score 15,300 in Steel Nomad. If you're going to panic buy, this should be one of your top considerations.
