Cup size selections take a long time - is this right?

Very good but why does it take so long after I push the power on button for the cup size selection tabs to light up? Seems very strange and I don't know if my unit is not working correctly?

Nice, but there needs to be some indication when a pod is sitting in the dispenser, otherwise, you are surprised with very weak coffee when you stumble to it first thing in the morning.

I purchased the machine mainly for espresso convenience. I like the end product, but it is the noisiest machine I've ever experienced. It's also fairly slow but I'm okay with that part.

Makes a very good cup of coffee and cappuccino. Only issue I found is, when selecting large coffee brew. It doesn’t always brew the full amount. Sometimes it’s only 3/4 full. Definitely louder than expected. Other than that, great tasting coffee.
