Great machine. No issues. Love that you can fill the water well to make several cups, not having to change it out everyday. Love the recycle bin! Great features.

I'm not the coffee shop type for a great cup of coffee. This gives me at home & now I'm spoiled. I look forward to really sitting down & enjoying my coffee. I have low cabinets so I really appreciate the low profile. I've recommended this system to everyone.
