[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this machine. The fact that it will use both the coffee size capsules and expresso capsules make it very convenient. The coffee is really good. My only negative comment is that your website needs work. On your last sale I couldn't complete the order because it kept adding things that I did not put in the cart and wouldn't let me add what I wanted. I finally gave up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I loved the ease of this machine. The coffees were great tasting but there’s only 1 decaffeinated choice. The decaf was good but we like the Italian and French roast flavors. The machine itself was very stylish, compact, and quiet.
But we couldn’t get past the amount of water that accumulated in the container below the used capsules. Dumping that container was too much mess for certain family members- picky but true.
Other than those 2 things, I think most people would be completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend this machine but mention the 2 picky issues we had.
