Very easy to setup and get started. Did have a little trouble getting the used capsules out. Once I did it once it was a piece of cake. One issue is keeping track of how many capsules I have used. Not a knock against the unit.

I bought this a month ago to replace my old nespresso machine. This L'or machine is so much better. The coffee is great of course and you get the versatility of espresso and coffee sizes in elegant style. I look forward to my morning brews with eager anticipation.
