The product is very good. But can be a little bit user friendly. The space provided for coffee mug is too small. I had to find the coffee mug suitable for this machine. Besides I got negative feedback regarding Lors coffee mug.kcup place applicable only for lor coffee pods.

My wife and I both love this coffee machine. It is so far above the standard coffee maker in taste, presentation, temperature, etc.. The pods sre so easy to use and give your coffee a rich, deep flavor, it’s simply amazing. When the coffee is finished brewing, you have a rich foam on top. It’s just really undescribable in flavor. The pods drop into a container that’s easily emptied into the garbage. She loves the cappuccino also, but it’s a little too strong for me. Do yourself a favor, get one of these.
