4.5 stars. Excellent system and delicious coffee and espresso. The plastic components such as the drip tray and used pod waste basket are a bit cheap however very easy to clean and re-assemble

I wish the water container was larger and could be moved to the side because I am short and can barely reach it to fill it. However the machine is easy to use and produces very good beverages.

I bought this system about a month ago… I needed a coffee that was flavorful but quick to make… This system was everything it was advertised to be… The coffee is delicious and I would highly recommend this product

I have tried several single serve coffee systems whith very underwhelming feelings. This machine makes not only the best single serve, but some of the smoothest, rich coffee period. I’m actually shocked by how much i enjoy the taste. I have never liked French roast coffee as it always seems so bitter, not with the L’or, it’s not bitter, just flavorful and smooth. I’m hooked!
