I certainly like the simple operation, at first the pods had an unusual taste, but that was just the unit breaking in. The pods are a little expensive but I think they are worth it. My only complaint at this point is, the recycle bag was not included and when I tried to order it, it wanted to charge me shipping.

I love everything about the coffee and Expresso system. Excellent coffee! I got the frother with it. That's pretty cool. I got the L'OR cup with it too. I just wished the cup was a little bigger because each time it makes coffee. It's different sizes and the froth won't fit sometimes so I got to use another cup but other than that it's great

Love the brew, and great for the price! The nozzle is a little finicky and cheaply made so it doesn’t stay locked in place after emptying the used receptacle. You have to mess with it to get it stay. Overall, it’s a step up from any Keureg, is hotter than any Nespresso machine, and has a wide variety of pods to choose from if you include the Nespresso original line. I brew both full cups of coffee and espresso and have enjoyed them all. I’m pleased with my purchase.
