Bye-bye Keurig. The quality that this machine brews blows Keurig out of the water. I’m so happy I went out on a limb and gave this a shot. Incredible.

My fourth espresso maker. Excellent espresso easily set up and used.
I was hooked by your commercials and the Crema on the top of the pores. And I love them, looking forward to trying more of your capsules, espresso only.

If someone calls me, I’ll share with them the other two makers I bought. I could buy two or three of your espresso makers for the price of one of theirs, and the maintenance will be less with your machine.

Great crema!

I had been toying with the idea of purchasing a pod system but I’m really picky about my coffee. I tossed a Keurig years ago due to cleaning issues & coffee quality (or more accurately, lack of quality). I liked the idea of a Nespresso but not enough. I saw an ad for the L’or & was intrigued, I investigated a bit & found the price point reasonable so I took a chance. Glad I did, it’s quick & convenient, makes a great cup of coffee & espresso. It’s allowed me to cut back on creamer because it froths so well! I feel like I’m indulging in a treat more often than not.
* The only thing I might find as an improvement would be the water carafe. I suspect it is not BPA free which does concern me as the directions do state to refill the carafe daily with fresh water & not allow it to sit more than 24 hours. Possibly due to potential leaching? Maybe offer an upgrade at some point for those of us that might appreciate it.

Stiylish coffee maker, easy to use and with great pressure that makes creamy coffee. The only problem is that it has a bit of a plastic taste. We are washing it to try to eliminate this taste. The coffees that came are very tasty.

Just purchased my system. Absolutely love it! Super convenient, delicious crema for each cup making it a very unique treat! Only downside to me is that even the most intense coffee is pretty weak, even at the midsize cup setting! In addition, fairly expensive but overall worth it!
