Honestly I am so impressed with the machine and the coffee capsule. I really like the coffee comes hot.The flavor are absolutely delicious.It's the best coffee machine I have.Honestly,this machine makes great coffee.The different coffee capsules are real flavor.I like the way you can make a large or medium size cup of coffee,expresso too. Coffee shop espresso at the push of a button

The L'Or Barista system is absolutely decadent. This baby is top of the line. I can't believe I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion. First, it's super easy to set up - just drop a couple pieces into place, fill the water reservoir, plug it in and get started! It heats up super fast. Every cup of coffee it brews comes out velvety smooth and with a rich layer of crema on top, just like you would get from an espresso machine. The only potential drawbacks I see are that it has a pretty big footprint - it takes up some serious space on my counter, much more than my previous single cup coffee machine. The only other thing I would potentially warn people about is that it's loud. It makes a strong humming/vibrating sound as it brews. It's louder than a coffee maker, but not as loud as an espresso machine. Despite both of these things, I would 100% pay full price for the way this makes a truly excellent cup of coffee. I love that when you open it to add the next capsule, it automatically stores the previous used capsule inside itself and you can send the capsules to be composted/recycled. That's awesome and prevents unnecessary waste and clutter. If you're a coffee afficianado, you need this machine.

Probably the best coffee you can get from a barista that doesn't break the wallet

I've been to France, and this coffee really is comparable to what you can get at a cafe - the crema on top is the best I've seen from an at-home coffee machine.

The L'OR Barista System makes a great, hot, thick and creamy cup of coffee or espresso. It is quick and convenient, which I especially appreciate first thing in the morning when I can hardly wait to start the first cup of the day.

Absolute game changer!

I was committed to just grabbing coffee on the run, after a few bad experiences with my Mr. Coffee 12-cup coffee maker in the 80's,,,suffice it to say, there were grounds involved, filters were injured...it was a mess. Took a chance and tried L'or with the Barista, and I am 100% sold! The machine is gorgeous, the coffee aroma and taste are amazing, and my family loves that it can do both coffee and espresso in the same machine. Absolutely loving the Barista!

Best at home coffee ever

Omg this is it! This is exactly what I've been wanting from an at home espresso and coffee system!
Upon opening the box and during set up I found that the L'OR BARISTA System was extremely easy to set up. The nozzle was a little confusing to me but I quickly set it up once I figure it out and click it was in! Running water through the reservoir before using was a piece of cake.
Alright so I made my first cup and I chose vanilla and selected the large cup setting. It took about a minute to make the cup and no having to wait for water to heat. It was instantly piping hot! Wow this made my cup of coffee really hot! Just the way I like it. It left a little foam on top and it was so creamy. This coffee was so rich with just the right amount of strength and bitterness. Not at all overly bitter. I didn't want to overpower the coffee with creamer so I only added a little. No sugar either. And the aroma let me tell you! It filled the entire house smells of real fresh ground coffee.
This is my new favorite way to make coffee and espresso at home. I love it!

Philips L'OR barista system is the best coffee and expresso system for your home. It enable you to brew single serve coffees and single serve expressos. You can choose small, medium or large coffee as it has options for 5 oz, 8 oz, and 12 oz respectively. Same for expressos too. The tank is 40 ounce so you dont need to fill it everyday. Its very easy to install, doesnt take much counter space and looks really elegant. I love my coffee each day and I must say this system gives you an amazing coffee experience each time. The ease of use and quality of the coffee/expresso makes it an outstanding machine. The magic is in the range of its coffee capsules. I absolutely loved its light and medium roast coffees. If you trying to gift someone or even buy one for yourself, this is the best coffee machine for a great at-home coffee experience. It's also low on maintenance and easy to clean. The L'OR BARISTA System is amazing! It can make such a variety of drinks including coffee, espresso, and lattes! It uses aluminum pods which are very convenient and easy to use. They also have a recycling program where you can send it used capsules to be recycled. They offer a huge variety of capsule types and flavors, and they are reasonably priced, especially versus buying these specialty drinks in a coffee shop. I love being able to make regular coffee and also fancier drinks right at home. The drink blends they offer are delicious and high quality. The machine itself is super easy to setup and use, and doesn't take up a lot of counter space. This system is great for every day drinks as well as for entertaining. Such a game changer!
