Year to skip

I love legos and Star Wars, and enjoy the Lego Star Wars advent calendar every year with my daughter. This year was beyond disappointing to the level of being a joke, that I find hard to believe this is even real. I opened day 9 today and had enough. I used to buy these every year without looking at what's inside to be surprised. But I don't even want to do this one anymore and worried about next year. Please sit the designer of this calendar down and ask them what they were thinking. I have been a LEGO lover for over 30 years of my life and this is by far the worst thing I've ever seen. I literally had to create an account to leave this review.

Worst star wars advent calendar

This must be my 10th one in a row so has become a xmas tradition. But this could be my last year as this was the worst advent calendar ever produced in this brand. There are no star wars vehicles to build it so far feels like build a tiny kitchen. The robots are still the same non lego builds but this time their seem to be the main feature. I am shocked this past lego standard! Do not get.

Uninspired

While I was initial excited about an advent calendar themed around droids, that excitement was dashed day one. The tiny Babo Frik figure being the only contents of the box seemed like an blatant troll move. In years past, this figure would have been accompanied by some accessory. So far the builds have been lazy and uninspired. A tiny chair using ten pieces? Who ever designed and approved this advent calendar should be ashamed. This year is definitely cashing in on the good will built up over years previous. I wish I had not gotten this set and will seriously debate doing so next year.

Huge disappointment

My child was SO excited it was finally December 1st and FINALLY got to open the first window of the advent calendar and build the first set. Instead was completely devastated with disappointment when all that was inside was a teeny tiny little non movable figure and nothing else. We bought this to have fun and build legos, and there was nothing to build and on the very first day. This was an epic fail.

We have gotten the Star wars Lego advent calendar for years, in the past we have been disappointed for having the same builds in multiple years but this calendar is lacking So much. Not any good mini figures, no ships and nothing that is exciting to be opening daily that gives us of the star wars we love. Droid is a cute idea but could have involved other characters or ships and items we love from Star wars.
Such a low effort advent calendar. 1`2/9 was laugh out loud funny how bad it was. A crate with a couple leg pieces in it. Do better.

Worst advent in a decade

This is easily the worst build I’ve ever had. So far (12-9-25) it’s been chairs, desks, and an actual BOX of parts. Day one took exactly zero building, it was a single piece. Can’t imagine who thought this whole thing was a good idea.

A box of spare parts

On day 9 of this calendar you "build" a box of spare parts. What I mean is that you put some random droid parts into a box. You do not connect any LEGO elements. This is the entire calendar in a nutshell - a box of spare parts. It's so poetic I almost feel like someone at LEGO is trolling us.
We have been buying these calendars every year for as long as we can remember, and have never been close to this disappointed. My wife is threating to organize a class action lawsuit and my son said he would rather squeeze lemon juice in his eyes than keep opening these windows.
Please, LEGO, don't ruin such a fun part of Christmas! At least, my sons managed to make some unhinged droid builds out of it - hopefully the "professionals" can get some inspiration from their genius.
