Just fired it up for the first time. Smoked a nice little beef brisket. Turned out fairly tasty for my first try. Very easy to use looking forward to a long time use.

I bought this for using when traveling in our RV. It worked well the first time for country style ribs. The instructions could be better. Also the clean up was not easy.

This product was made just for me. I originally had a Traeger and sold it and wanted something that resembled it and found this Pit Boss. Its just me and my mother and being a female I wanted something I could manage. Thank you for making this wonderful product.

Very Happy with the Tabletop Smoker

Easy to assemble, sturdy, easy to start, holds temp, easy to start, and not as heavy as I thought it would be. I smoked a tri-tip, pork loins, and chicken thighs to perfection the first time I turned it on.
