Good support and a sturdy product.

Bought this in 2022. Had a problem with the temp control . Made a call and talked to a very friendly support person. Told him the problem. Gave him the serial number and where I bought it . No other questions were asked. and it was sent to me in less than a week. Non stop cooking since then. Love it.

Auger

The auger stopped working after about 24 total hours of actual use.

If the auger has stopped working, we recommend checking the wiring connections inside the hopper to make sure nothing has come loose. WORST!

WORST SMOKER EVER! We just bought this and it worked fine for the prime and burn off for first use but now it’s throwing error codes and shutting off!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Error

Just bought the mahogany tabletop smoker, couldn’t even smoke one meal on it. Continually throws a fan error code. I’ve checked every wire connection, cleaned the probe and the pot, and checked the control board multiple times. Nothing. Just error code after error code.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thanks for letting us know, OB4215. Fan error codes usually mean there’s an issue with airflow. Please make sure the combustion fan is running freely and nothing is blocking it.

Tailgate Smoker

The smoker worked fine. The package did not included the side handle brackets parts I need to install the handles. This is a let down knowing I paid for all the parts to be in the box.

So Far So Good

I think this is Pit Boss number 5. This one replaced our previous camping Pit Boss so we'll see how it cooks on our next trip to the beach. So far I like how much more compact this one is compared to the one. One person can easily move this one.

The best tabletop pellet grill.

It is great for camping or home use if you don't have space for a big pellet grill. It is easy to store when not in use. It is a perfect size for storing in a cabinet in a larger trailer. Easy to use also.
