Need a couple of parts

I bought this 2 years ago and it's worked pretty well. the problem I have is the felt smoke seal on the lid has fallen off and is soaked with oils and I need a replacement. Other than that the temperature does fluctuate some but that is normal. It doesn't have a lot of space but for two people it works good, If they had made it about 4 inch's longer I wouldn't have to cut a rack of ribs in half!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had a Traeger Ranger which sucks because the display started malfunctioning and I couldn't tell the temperature after about 5 uses. I bought this model because of the size as I have a large Traeger but need something smaller for smaller meats. So far I've had about 15 cooks and it works like a charm. It holds the temperature, auger works great , and has great smoke. I wish Pit Boss makes a portable stand with a shelf but overall best small smoker IMHO.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Auger quit working

Used my grill one time and now I can’t get it to feed pellets without jamming. I’ve tried more multiple types of pellets with the same result

It sounds like your auger assembly may be jammed internally. Try clearing the pellet hopper and auger tube, and make sure you're using dry, consistent pellets. If the issue persists, feel free to contact our Pit Boss CARE Team at (480) 923 9630 for further assistance!

Bought this in 2022. Had a problem with the temp control . Made a call and talked to a very friendly support person. Told him the problem. Gave him the serial number and where I bought it . No other questions were asked. and it was sent to me in less than a week. Non stop cooking since then. Love it.

WORST SMOKER EVER! We just bought this and it worked fine for the prime and burn off for first use but now it’s throwing error codes and shutting off!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Error

Just bought the mahogany tabletop smoker, couldn’t even smoke one meal on it. Continually throws a fan error code. I’ve checked every wire connection, cleaned the probe and the pot, and checked the control board multiple times. Nothing. Just error code after error code.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thanks for letting us know, OB4215. Fan error codes usually mean there’s an issue with airflow. Please make sure the combustion fan is running freely and nothing is blocking it.
