Great grill

Been using this grill for well over a year. No complaints whatsoever. Cooks really hot when you need it or low and slow for that fall off the bone meat. I take my burn plate to the car wash and never had a grease fire. Good product!

First one broke couldn’t fix! Trying number two.

My grand kids went together and bought me one a couple years ago and it lasted almost a year and went out. I tried replacing parts almost every part and still couldn’t get it to work again. I am a pretty good fix it man. I did send all parts back and got a refund. I loved my Boss when it was working. I went all summer without any and saw they put it on sale and bought me a new one! Hope i didn’t make a mistake but my country style ribs came out great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Extremely inconsistent and poor quality

This is by far the most inconsistent cooking device I've ever used. It came to me with a broken fan, so I had to get that replaced. Now it struggles to come up to temp without overheating, so I'm pretty sure the temperature probe is bad. When I use it, there's about an 80% chance it is either going to overheat and shut itself off, or just never get up to temperature.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
