Parts not as good or reliable as hoped

This was a great pellet grill and sidekick to my 4-year-old much larger Traeger, as I don't often need a large pellet grill for just my wife and me. However, not even a year into owning this portable, the auger has already broken and is completely useless. So now I have no pellets being pushed into the burner. I will hope to get information on how to replace the auger as I really enjoyed the grill/smoker while it was serviceable. But definitely dissatisfied at the longevity of the components.
