Temperature selection is limited. There are no recipes for this small grill on line. There are no support videos on line. The Instructions included are minimal. You are really limited as to how and what you can smoke. I would not buy this again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my new pit boss I have used the standard size smokers and they are extremely well built and do an excellent job. This is my traveling smoker New Years Eve Pork Butt YA!!!
