Don't buy this TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had lots of problems with this TV - a 43" Frame. The remote doesn't work right. The blue-tooth won't connect. There are lots of other issues. I would not buy it again. I only hope that the warranty work fixes the issues. A new, expensive TV should not have these problems.

Good Looking TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the TV set up in my home office and it's been working well. The installation was a breeze with the included flat mount. I typically use it for background noise or just leave it on the art mode with my own pictures. Either way, the pictures or apps display with the correct color.
Overall, I'm vey happy across the board and plan to minimize the setup more by putting the box and cables behind the wall, but that's a challenge for another day.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Frame 50 inch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the tv is nice it is not much different from any other TV with the same specs so a little over priced just so you can have a frame. I have this tv for 2 weeks now and the art software package still does not work after resetting everything. A little disappointed in Samsung support who has not been able to fix this

Improve the user upload process

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The frame works great but in order for your own photos to look good they have to be in a perfect dimension before they are uploaded. Would be nice if the TV was smart enough to have some resize options after upload.

Major Buyers Remorse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color is just so-so. I upgraded from a 20yo TV that was way more vibrant. Also, 4 days after mounting the TV, a white light appeared in the bottom left corner. I had to have it serviced/ most of the TV replaced within weeks of getting it. All in all, I'm underwhelmed.

Picture Perfect

It was the perfect size for over the fireplace and the artwork makes for an outstanding look while entertaining. The TV picture is outstanding for family movie night or just casual viewing. We spent a good deal of time looking for the right TV for the space and are very happy with our purchase.
