A TV that Blends in Beautifully!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 43" Samsung The Frame TV has been the perfect addition to our kitchen. It lets us enjoy the news at the breakfast table and will be great for gatherings or game day watch parties, especially since everyone tends to gather in the kitchen but also doesn’t want to miss what’s happening on the field or court!
One of my favorite features is Art Mode. I love being able to choose an image that matches our home decor. It really makes the TV fit seamlessly into our space and look like a framed piece of artwork. The slim-fit wall mount is also a standout. It sits nearly flush against the wall, giving it a clean, built-in look that's truly unique to these Frame TVs.
Installation can be a little tricky, especially getting everything level, but the included template helps a lot, and there are tons of helpful video tutorials online if you are new at the process.
The only issue we've run into with this TV (and this is actually our third Frame model) is the sound. Unlike the others, this one tends to get very loud, we find it spiking randomly in volume during shows, even after adjusting settings. We’re still trying to troubleshoot that, and hopefully it's just something we need to change on our end.
Other than that, it’s been fantastic. The picture is crisp and vibrant, the smart interface is easy to use and has all the apps our family uses and more, and the One Connect box keeps cords out of sight adding to the great visual appeal of the Frame in its art mode.
Highly recommend it if you're looking for a TV that blends beautifully into your space while still delivering a great viewing experience.

Thank you for sharing your experience with volume fluctuations on your Samsung Frame TV. Sudden changes in volume can often be related to audio settings or content differences between sources or apps.
Please try the following adjustments to help stabilize your TV's audio:
1. Enable Auto Volume. Go to: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume. This feature helps maintain a consistent volume level when switching channels or apps.
2. Change Sound Mode. Try a different sound mode to see if one offers a more stable output: Settings > All Settings > Sound > Sound Mode (We recommend Standard or Amplify for more even performance.)
3. Check External Devices. If you're using a soundbar, receiver, or other audio device, check that its volume leveling or dynamic range settings aren’t interfering with the TV’s audio.
4. Update Firmware. Ensure your TV is running the latest software, as updates may include audio improvements: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't know what to expect when I got this TV. I thought for sure it would seem silly to turn a TV into a piece of art when not using it. I think it's pretty cool! I haven't done it permanently because you have to pay for it but during the trials it has been really cool! They have a great amount of content to make it a picture. The TV itself is crystal clear. Sound is great. It was very easy to install. I set it up with my existing Samsung account which made it a breeze. The number of apps it comes with is amazing. I am never without anything to watch. I would choose this TV again any day!

Samsung Frame TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Frame TV has been a good addition to my bedroom. Its slim design and the included wall mount make it sit completely flush against the wall, which gives it a clean, modern look. I appreciate that it doesn’t stand out as a typical TV and most people think it’s just a picture frame, especially due to the Art Mode. I like being able to display photos of my cat, and it’s easy to upload new images through the Smartthings app on your phone. The motion sensor feature is convenient since the screen only turns on when someone is in the room and turns off automatically when the room is empty so it saves you on energy costs. Speakers aren't too great but I didn't expect much since due to the way the TV hangs on the wall. Overall, it’s a practical TV that blends in well with the space and does exactly what I need.

Impressed with the trial that I had for art and pictures whiich is the reason this t v is so amazing. The library that samsung offers is large and has many different styles to choose from. It honestly does look like a picture in a frame on the wall versus a television which was where my skepticism was at first but now I'm a total believer. Absolutely amazing piece of tech.

Right out of the box, the setup was incredibly simple and user-friendly. Within minutes, I was connected to Wi-Fi and exploring all the built-in streaming apps. I added an antenna that fits unseen behind it to get local channels.
The picture quality is outstanding for this size and price range. The 4K resolution is crisp and vibrant, with great color accuracy and clarity. The variety of artwork within the smartthings app is significant. I also love the feature of the matted photo and the color options. I immediately added my own photos for a personalized experience.
It’s slim, stylish, and fits perfectly in my living room without dominating the space. If you’re looking for a high-quality, reliable 43-inch Smart TV with all the modern features at a reasonable price, I highly recommend this Samsung model.
