Much improved over my 2021 Frame

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks amazing on my art wall, disappearing into my other static art. The contrast and colors are VASTLY improved over my 2021 Frame. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the backlight tech is lacking compared to Samsungs top end TVs. I wish they'd trickle down the better backlighting to provide better low intensity contrast.

So glad we chose the Frame

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wouldn't even consider another television. The Frame compliments the look of placing our new TV above our traditional fireplace. Very elegant, but at the same time adding a modern accent with the various art pieces displayed. Crystal clear sharpness makes makes it a delitful addition to our home. Especially nice is it's ease of integrating our Alexa system allowing us to search channels and genres at whim. Wouldn't even consider another television.

Overall great Tv/art Display

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never had a tv in my living room because I don’t like the black screen when the TV isn’t being used. The frame TV has been the perfect solution for me since I now need a TV for my 94 year-old mom who has moved in with me. TV is her main source of entertainment. I sometimes have difficulty finding what I’m looking for in the menus, but my main complaint is with the remote control. I’m fine with it, but for an older person who has difficulty seeing the white on white is challenging!

Samsung pushes content I don't want
on October 14, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought The Frame to have a good TV, to be able to stream, and to have the benefit of the art display. It was a huge surprise that Samsung constantly pushes horrible content - cartoons and lots of other programming I don't ever want to see. It is virtually impossible to get rid of it. I had no idea this was anything but a regular TV with an art display when I bought it. Be forewarned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every month or so the TV just turns itself on in the middle of the night. The remote is no where near the tv when it happens.

Cassie,
It’s unfortunate to hear that your TV is powering on by itself. There are a few things that could be triggering this, and we recommend checking the following:
1. Check the One Connect Cable – Ensure the cable is not damaged, pinched, or bent. A damaged cable can send false signals to the TV, causing power issues. 2. Power On with Mobile – TVs connected to SmartThings or other smart devices can turn on automatically if triggered by signals from a mobile device. Go to: Settings > All Settings > Connection > Network > Expert Settings > Power On with Mobile and set this to Off if you don’t want the TV waking due to network activity. 3. Timers & External Device Settings – • Sleep Timer or On Timer: Go to Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > System Manager > Time > Timer Settings and make sure no power timers are enabled. • Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC): This feature allows HDMI-connected devices to control the TV. If a device powers on, it may also power on the TV. To disable: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > External Device Manager > Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) = Off 4. Update firmware, if possible: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
If the issue persists, try unplugging the TV and One Connect Box for 30 seconds, then reconnect. If that doesn't help, please contact Samsung Support so we can investigate further. You can reach us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM – 12AM EST, 7 days a week. LiveChat agents are also available by clicking the ‘Support’ link on our website.
