Happy and cool now!

Installation went without a hitch. I did need to add a filler to my window for proper contact at the bottom sill. I installed the drain line to the power pump to remove the condensate water. Once I finished the installation, the unit turned on and began cooling immediately. I'm happy with the unit so far!

The unit was packaged very nicely and a breeze to set up. The Window Kit installation took a little time, but to be expected. The foam seals and pads were a nice inclusion. The instruction manual was easy to understand and the remote control is simple and user friendly. The Profile has performed flawlessly on this first day of use. I especially like the Turbo Mode for quick cooling and the Quiet Mode for a little less noise. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Nice appliance for conditioning a porch

I ordered this unit to put on our enclosed back porch to cool and dehumidify that space so we can enjoy it in the hot Alabama summer. It works excellent and I am surprised that it does what is says when it comes to the water. I thought for sure how humid it is that the tank would fill up and I would possibly have to have a drain installed to deal with that issue, not the case. Very little water accumulates in the tank and it does a great job making that space comfortable. The controls are easy to use and it runs very quietly. It is convenient that it just plugs into a 110V power outlet and I will have to see how the electric bill is affected in a few months and how it performs in the winter as it gets cold. I am very happy with this purchase.

I bought this unit for my shop backup AC, so I hook up the AC vents to the drop ceiling, it does work good, It is a very good portable AC, I really recommend

No heat

Cooling was ok. Unit runs in heating mode however produces no heat!

We'd like to provide information your portable air conditioner's heating option. The portable a/c operates as a heat pump when in heating mode. The air won’t be as warm as the air from a conventional portable resistance heater (like a space heater) but it will heat the room under most conditions. This is normal. The unit will not start blowing warm air as soon as it is turned on. There is a built in delay that lets the compressor warm up the coil before the fan turns on. This ensures that you will have warm air when the unit turns the fan on.
