[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv was quite expensive but it definitely feels like I got what I paid for. The delivery was also very quick. What I was impressed was the use of AI adaptive volume control. I pair it with Samsung soundbar and it definitely feels better.

Nothing out of the ordinary but plainly the Best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to give credit where credit is due, Starting with the lighting fast delivery and the ease of navigating the website! Now the tv picture quality not as I expected specially with the AI mode. Too many light changes to make it irritating in some way. Best to customize it instead. Still , this is my 7th Samsung TV purchased and I still believe it’s the best one the market!

QN90F TV is fine but Q800F Soundbar is not
on December 6, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have no complaints with the TV, it looks great and works fine (5 stars). But the Sound bar that I purchased, after a couple months of use, has been frustrating ( 0 stars). First, the WiFi connectivity to the TV failed. So I removed the TV from the wall so that I could connect an HDMI cable, remounted the TV and connected the other end of the HDMI cable to the soundbar. Then everything worked fine again, using HDMI instead of WiFi. Well, everything worked fine for about 2 weeks! Then the Subwoofer stopped working. Apparently, the Bluetooth connection between soundbar and subwoofer failed. There is no alternative way to connect these 2, so I have no bass. I am away from home for 6 months, by the time I return the warranty will have expired.
