Too SMART; wish it were dumber

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] More psychotic than smart. It can be very irksome. Sometimes, too often, it seems to be trying too hard to load, circles/dots go around and around. Them I have to unplug it, wait 30 seconds, and try again = not all that easy, given the size and weight of it. IT'S NOT OBVIOUS WHAT'S GOING ON. I have to guess: It the cache too full? The smartness of it = all these prompts in SETTINGS, although it's not obvious what eahc does, why I should use them, or what I'm missing by not. In other ways, it seem too. stupid: e.g. The home screen will show me a screen of something that's playing, but if iI click on it, it takes me to Direct TV and tells me I have to subscribe. BUT I CAN GET THERE WITH AN APP THAT I'M ALREADY PAYING FOR. Why does the TV know that and just take me there directl? MOREOVER ... It should be easier to turn off those features where Samsung is using my screen toe sell me stuff. IT'S OK TO PUT ALL THESE FEATURES ON A TV, BUT, IF YOU DO, YOU HAVE TO D A BETTER JOB OF GET THEM TO WORK TOGETHER, RATHER THAN GET IN THE WAY OF EACH OTHER. This feels like Smart 1.0; I need 3.0. Hopefully there will be an automatic update. Love the picture. Speakers in the back ... I see the problem, but had to get a sound bar.

Poor control of sound channels

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The advertising sounds incredible but my Samsung S95F does not allow adjusting the sound levels as advertised. I have not been able to enhance dialog by raising center channel. I have not been able to decrease background music/ sound effects by lowering side channels. The user guide is 257 pts, but many sections say May Noy be Available in US or Canada. One month old TV has different menus than the UserGuide. Settings have changed names or no longer available. U tube videos are out of date as well. I also purchased a Samsung sound bar. This only makes it worse. I have not been able to change individual channel levels through the sound bar. The “ automatic” features seem to focus on sound effects being as loud as possible. I would not recommend these if you need to adjust particular settings.

Simply gorgeous

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has the most beautiful picture with brilliant colors, not over saturated but actually accurate, at least to my eyes. It's a very feature rich TV. One thing I will say is it's a bit over priced in my opinion. The songs could be a lot better, but it's not bad for TV speakers. Thank you for making such a great TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best purchase of 2025 that I've made and have only 1 regret...I should have got the bigger size!!! The matte black screen is a show stopper even in a well lit room the picture quality shines supreme. I don't have 1 thing I would change about the or complain about when it comes to sound or picture with this television. It has plenty of inputs and a multitude of mounting options.
