Sometimes it freezes

1. Check for firmware updates – Keeping your TV up to date can resolve many performance issues: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
2. Run Device Care – This tool checks system memory, frees up cached data, and closes background apps that could be slowing things down: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
3. Cold boot your TV – With the TV powered on, press and hold the Power button on your remote for 5+ seconds until the TV restarts. This helps refresh the system.
If you're still noticing performance snags after these steps, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM – 12AM EST, 7 days a week. You can also connect with a LiveChat agent via the ‘Support’ link on our website.

This tv has great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely happy about this tv. I use it mostly for gaming and streaming movies. It's great how the settings of the picture quality whether I am gaming or watching a movie changes. Easy set up and remote control is easy to use as well. Definitely one of the best OLED tv that I have seen.

Outstanding TV for Image Quality and Functionality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been a Sony user for decades for image quality. This Samsung has me questioning why I didn't switch sooner. This model has an outstanding image, and the AI is adept at producing the best of whatever content type it receives. It's streaming capabilities and functions leaves the previous TV in the dust. It's ability to detect and utilize the soundbar without any input was a bonus. I would have no issue in recommending this TV to anyone I know. Any acquaintances that have popped in have asked what model they are viewing. This is a stunning, well thought out product with a small intuitive remove.

Everything I Expected

1) We have eliminated basically all ad content so we can watch without interruption
2) We have the option to watch TV on our schedule and not the broadcast schedule

Purchased this TV because we were looking for a Reduced or Glare Free viewing environment and this is the solution. The added benefit is the best picture I have ever seen on a TV with true colors.
We even noticed colors for the first time in several series we were watching on our previous TV that we didn't even know were there

The features are always exciting, excellent picture, and i love the security on my phone, but overall I have not had a Samsung (prior to 2000 or older), that I wasn't happy with! Thank you for a great experience!
