The faces on real people look weird. I've tried everything I found on settings but the faces still the same. At this point I don't know what to do.

We appreciate your input on the picture quality of Samsung’s S90F TV. If the image isn’t meeting your expectations, there are several adjustments you can make to improve your viewing experience.
First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
Then, select a Picture Mode that best fits your environment: Home > Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode 1. Standard – Default mode for general viewing 2. Dynamic – Brighter and clearer in well-lit rooms 3. Eco – Optimized for energy saving 4. Movie – Best for watching in dark environments 5. Filmmaker Mode – Preserves content exactly as intended by creators
You can also enhance your experience by enabling AI Mode, which automatically adjusts picture and sound based on your surroundings and usage patterns: Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings > AI Mode

Love this tv! I bought it for my husband for Christmas and he was so pleased! He said he feels like he got a new pair of eyeglasses! It was easy to set up and connect to our cable and Internet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a lot of windows In our front room and the TV is very easy to see and view we have purchased Samsung televisions most of our adult life a few years ago we switched to a different brand one time and it was just not the same. We just purchased a new 77 inch Samsung television because the colors are so vivid and bright. Samsung is by far the best TV I’ve ever owned. I will never switch again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After thorough research, I purchased the 77” Samsung S90F! The QD OLED panel delivers colors that actually feel alive, HDR impact, gaming, etc. It is bright enough for my living room during the day while delivering a cinema feel at night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Here’s my review. I’m watching a program and all of a sudden over and over the TV goes into resting mode on its own. It shouldn’t do that every few minutes.

We're sorry to hear of this misunderstanding. Please keep in mind that if your OLED TV displays a still image or receives no input for 2 minutes, the Screen Saver will activate automatically. This feature is built in and cannot be disabled, as it plays a key role in protecting your screen from long-term image retention or burn-in.
We understand this may be unexpected, but it is designed to preserve your screen’s performance and longevity.

Brilliant color

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great television enjoy it at my house. The plan was to buy an Xbox after my wife picked her new TV. I went with her told her that I wanted the s90f she liked it as well. Brought it home and found out Game Pass is available app as are many others. I didn't even have to buy an Xbox best deal of the century. I actually think Game Pass run so smooth even better than on my computer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely amazing picture quality! Thw colors are rich, the black levels are so deep! The interface Is nice and the remote works well. Set up was so easy. And Gaming Is Incredible! I have found my new favorite TV!
