Deep dark black colors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This will be our 7th Samsung TV over the passed 15 years and this one by far has had the best picture. Its our first OLED but others that we've had has typically been there top end models. The blacks are dark inky black and the overall smoothness and sharpness has been excellent. Overall we've been very happy with the TV.

Great OLED TV, improved Tizen OS few issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am fascinated with my first ever OLED TV. I chose S90F out of recommendations from RTINGS. I immediately noticed these improvements over my older 2021/22 QLED Samsung TVs:
1) Much brighter, sharp and outstanding brilliance in dark room
2) Much better and faster/improved Tizen OS
3) Lots if bells and whistles. However, I only wanted to use it as a display for my Apple TV

The cons include:
1) Out of the box color calibration was incorrect specially for faces that looked orange. I needed to google for it and luckily found a way to fix the HDR color issue after attempting a custom gamut setting to BT.2020 and even a factory reset
2) The factory reset muted my Dolby audio from my Apple TV. Only recourse for now was to set it to Stereo. I am confident that TVOS 24.4 and/or a future Samsung update beyond 1203 should fix this one

Great Television

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I really enjoy the television. before the S90F I had an S95B. The performance with the UI is much better. I don't have any complaints every show that I watch looks great and the sound is great.

Oled lights up my living room and my life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve owned a lot of TVs over the years, but the Samsung OLED S90 completely changed my expectations for what home entertainment can look like. From the moment I turned it on, the brightness and picture quality were absolutely stunning. The OLED panel delivers incredibly deep blacks and vibrant colors that make everything feel lifelike. Highlights pop in a way that almost feels three-dimensional, and even during bright scenes the image stays crisp and detailed without washing out.
What really surprised me is how immersive the experience feels. Watching movies on this TV is honestly better than going to the theater. The contrast, motion handling, and clarity make action scenes smooth and dramatic, while darker scenes still reveal every detail without looking muddy. Streaming shows, sports, and 4K Blu-rays all look incredible.
I’ve also taken the setup a step further by pairing the TV with Philips Hue lights, which sync with what’s happening on the screen and extend the colors into the room. When explosions flash or sunsets fill the screen, the lighting around the TV mirrors it and makes the whole space feel like part of the scene.
For sound, I connected a Samsung Q-Symphony compatible soundbar, and the integration is seamless. The TV speakers work together with the soundbar instead of turning off, creating a fuller, more dynamic soundstage that fills the room. Dialogue is crystal clear and the bass during action scenes really hits.
I also use the S90 for gaming, and it’s just as impressive there. The responsiveness and smooth motion make modern games look incredible, but what really surprised me is how well the TV handles older consoles. When I hook up my PlayStation 2, the TV’s processing and upscaling make the image look far sharper and cleaner than I expected. It smooths out the rough edges of older graphics so well that I don’t feel like I’m playing on a console from decades ago — it makes classic games feel fresh again.
Between the incredible brightness, OLED contrast, immersive lighting with Hue, powerful audio with Q-Symphony, and fantastic gaming performance, this setup has turned my living room into a true home theater. The Samsung S90 isn’t just a TV upgrade — it completely transforms the way you watch movies, shows, and games.

Great picture but slow complicated UI.

Beautiful picture but the user interface is slow. Existing out of apps and going back home takes too long. Also has a complex user interface. It can be difficult to change sources. And finding apps to install. Menus seem complicated and difficult to navigate and find what your looking for. Also this tv does not control my samsung 4k Blu-ray player via hdmi like my older samsung did. Im still very happy with thus tv but my 8year old samsung still navigates faster
