Our Samsung 98" TV is Superb!

It's wonderful, I don't know how we lived before in those big box TVs, but this one is huge, and I love it, and there's nothing that I would change about it either.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is insane. The picture resolution , contrast, and brightness is surreal. It's better to watch movies at home than in the theaters. Great refresh rate for ps5 pro gaming. Everything easily connected together all in 1.

Wireless One connect box is it's achiles heel

Avoid buying this tv .
There are two boxes, one wired power for tv
And one wireless peripheral box called the one connect wireless box.
The wireless one connect box is your sound/streaming.
Unfortunately it. Drops connection intermittently leading to poor experience.
I even paired it with a new Samsung 990f sound system hoping it will be more consistent than my 6 yr old bose lifestyle 650.
Imagine you are watching latest movie with friends and suddenly it stops streaming and drops the sound.
This is 2026. You can't be failing at connecting peripherals.
The only way this tv makes sense is use the inbuilt app and tv speakers.
There is no way to make the one connect box connect wired to the tv box.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your experience with your QN990F TV and Wireless One Connect. If you're seeing a message that says "Wireless One Connect is disconnected" while watching content from an external source (such as a set-top box, game console, or antenna), this typically means the TV has lost its wireless connection to the Wireless One Connect Box.

To resolve this issue, please try the following steps:
1. Check that the Wireless One Connect Box is powered on. If it’s turned off, power it back on. Once powered, the TV should automatically reconnect when the signal is strong enough.
2. If the unit is powered on but still disconnected, you may need to adjust the alignment:
o Go to: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Connections > Wireless One Connect > Wireless One Connect Status > Adjust
o Carefully adjust the Wireless One Connect Box’s position until the antenna icon turns blue, which indicates a strong signal and a successful connection.

If the issue continues after these steps, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6PM Sat – Sun). LiveChat with an agent and additional support resources are also available on the Samsung website under the ‘Support’ section.
