Not smart enough

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All the usual TV requirements are met (screen quality). My issue is with the quality of the “smart” technology. It tends to throw everything at you at once. It doesn’t simplify things. You can’t simply view your favorite show without drilling down through several menus/options. It tends to default to the Samsung app rather than the app you want, like Direct TV.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Picture quality is great. It only looks a little grainy when watching an older movie/show where the quality was already terrible.

Allows for great picture quality anytime of day. The built in / available streaming applications are amazing, no need for a streaming box. Also the sound quality when watching movies or shows is amazing when using a Q Symphony compatible soundbar.
