Amazing TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been having my eye on this TV for a long time. I was debating between the OLED and the QLED 90F. I am glad I purchase the 85" QLED 90f, the sound is amazing on it and the voice is crystal clear that I am able to hear it unlike other TVs. The picture quality is amazing, I have it in my living room with a lot of natural light coming in and I am still able to see the picture perfect with no glare. Very well the money that anti glare works amazing and loving every minute of it.

Full color and bright

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our living room is well lit by natural light. Our previous tv was hard to see in daylight and no amount of adjustment to backlight, contrast, color, etc made any real difference. Even at night it seemed dark. Faces in shadows or dark skin tones were hard to see.
The new television has solved the problem. Colors and faces are clear and natural. Scenes in shadows are discernible. I can read text on screen from across the room. I can watch tv again rather than listening to sound and guessing what was on screen.
We haven't tried much of the smart features yet.

The Ai Smart features on this TV deliver an amazing picture and sound to any decade of movies and sound that adapt to and are customized by us-for-us, for my wife and I's viewing pleasure in our living room.
Paired with a Samsung Harman Kardon (*2019 Model) Sound Bar/Base Unit. Amazing experience, every-time.

Very disappointed

I have never spent this much on a TV, ever. I don't see any difference in the picture with my previous Samsung TV. I am also angered by the fact that so many of the menu items don't work. The closed caption settings are greyed out, called and a rep even did a screen share and couldn't get it to work. It was transfered to their advanced help dept who emailed me the lamest reason, which was also incorrect. For this amount of money, it should work properly and I expected a little more effort to resolve the issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your review. If a menu setting on your TV is grayed out, it typically means the option is not currently available based on the input source, specific feature settings, or connected devices.
In many cases, grayed-out settings appear because a streaming app like Netflix or Hulu is running in the background. To resolve this, press and hold the Return button on your remote to fully exit the app. Then return to the settings menu – your options should now be accessible.
Here are a few other reasons a function may be unavailable:
• Picture Mode may be grayed out if HDR+ is enabled.
• Zoom and Position is only available when Picture Size is set to Custom - not 16:9 or 4:3.
• Certain options may also be disabled while content is actively playing from a specific source (e.g., HDMI or app).
If the image isn’t meeting your expectations, there are several adjustments you can make to improve your viewing experience.
First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
Then, select a Picture Mode that best fits your environment: Home > Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode

This tv is summed up is amazing. The sound is spectacular and amazingly clear. The picture is Perfect thanks to the gen 3 processor in this model it has no screen blur and very bright screen and zero lag. The only thing I'd add to the person that gets this tv especially for gaming to to get the proper HDMI cord to get the full potential of the TV. I had a 60hz hooked up and I swapped it to a 144hz to see a clear difference. This TV also has so many pre loaded app and ways to play games outside of a ps5 or xbox. I will be ordering one for my oldest sons bday in February so he can enjoy what he seen after helping me hang our new Samsung TV. 5 phones, 5 tablets, 5 TVs, 2 PC monitors, fridge, washer/ dryer and dishwasher ALL SAMSUNG and this is the only product we use in our home.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Lighting

Needed new TV for my family room that has lots of windows and ceiling lights. The Neo QLED 65" works great plenty of brightness and no glare from ceiling lights or windows. The 4k is amazing watching football games is like being on the field. Highly reccomend well worth the extra cost.
