awesome picture quality and awesome features love the power saving mode the upscaling is great the contrast is beautiful the color is beautiful and the brightness is awesome no freezing on motion either
This TV is the best Samsung Tv I have ever purchased and I have purchased many over the last years. The brightness is excellent, the clarity contrast and resolution are amazing. The nonglare screen was so important in our living room because my wife does not like blinds or drapes. The upscaling of older movies makes older movies pop on the screen.
Although amazing and mind blowing viewing in 4k, of shows CREATED IN 4K, non 4k shows require constant adjustment of picture. Even when changing channels or stream between non 4k, one must go in and make a plethora of adjustments of picture mode, A I mode, contrast, etc. and general settings. Black backgrounds become pixelated, AI enhanced mode is inconsistent between scenes, and some scenes look worse than an old analog, tube over air T.V.. Once you spend 5-10 minutes making adjustments, picture of non 4k created programs is decent. But it's a lot of work to go through each time you change yhe channel. Again, 4K created programs are almost 3D they're so good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Trying to watch House of the Dragon on HBO Max through our Apple TV and there are some scenes that are too dark to see anything ! I have tried changing every Samsung picture setting under the sun but no luck ! My 85” 8k Samsung TV does not have this issue.
I’ve had the tv for just over a year. Worked fine until today when we got the black screen of death. Repeatedly tried the recommended steps to reset the tv all to no avail. A lot of money to watch tv for a year. Never another Samsung product especially since a stove we bought. Few years ago also flipped out within a few moths after purchase. Never again
