We appreciate your input on the picture quality of Samsung’s QN90F TV. If the image isn’t meeting your expectations, there are several adjustments you can make to improve your viewing experience.
First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
Then, select a Picture Mode that best fits your environment: Home > Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
1. Standard – Default mode for general viewing
2. Dynamic – Brighter and clearer in well-lit rooms
3. Eco – Optimized for energy saving
4. Movie – Best for watching in dark environments
5. Filmmaker Mode – Preserves content exactly as intended by creators
You can also enhance your experience by enabling AI Mode, which automatically adjusts picture and sound based on your surroundings and usage patterns: Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings > AI Mode

The experience has been great for my entire family

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My experience has been wonderful for my entire family we now religiously watch sports events pay per views and movie nights the clarity the sound and picture is so dynamic it's literally the closest thing to being in the movie theater at home or being at a live sporting event it's been amazing

I have had people come over and say what a beautiful picture on your tv. My Xbox and PlayStation both shine on this tv. I have it paired with the Samsung Sound Bar for the full Mancave effect. I have no complaints if you are looking for a great Qled TV this is it!!r

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with this Samsung Neo QLED television. Every aspect of the picture quality is outstanding. Given my experience with older Samsung televisions, it was even better than I expected, not only with newer television programs produced in higher definition formats, but also better than I imagined with older programs that require significant upscaling. Great picture quality. The sound quality is also excellent.
