[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV will NOT connect to apps that have anything to do with Google. Samsung doesn't like Google. I can't connect to the Google app to be able to watch streaming. My favorite channel, I cannot watch. Smart TV, I don't agree. Not being compatible with Google is just dumb.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is resolution and clarity is outstanding. The anti glare helps keep the TV picture perfect for any angle. I would recommend this TV to anyone who is looking to buy a TV at a great price.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV has a great picture. However it has a couple downsides too. I like having an on screen clock while watching TV. This TV has no way of doing that like my last TV did. I can't even download an app for that. This TV has an AI auto volume that sucks. I would have liked to have the ability to fine tune the sound profile. You can't even download an equalizer app. You have very few apps that you are allowed to download compared to other TV's.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
To explore picture mode options, navigate to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode. Options include: • Standard – Ideal for general viewing • Dynamic – Brighter and more vibrant for well-lit spaces • Eco – Optimized for energy efficiency • Movie – Best for viewing in low light • Filmmaker Mode – Preserves the content creator’s intent and disables motion smoothing for supported content
You can further customize your image by going to: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings, where you can adjust Brightness, Contrast, Color Tone, Sharpness, Contrast Enhancer and more.
