[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Love my 90 series Samsung Neo SN90 QLED. Being that high model it has many deluxe features. My great room has many windows, some without blocking, yet the brightness and clear picture are fine. I watch many older shows and they are greatly improved, hard to tell 60’d-80’s era. Very sharp resolution and the black contrast is superb, being a Neo. I use a Samsung Blu-Ray player and enjoy old movies and TV shows I recorded many years ago. I have been very happy with Samsung LED TV’s. They have never broken down, I just upgrade features and newer quality, but I have always enjoyed Samsung dependability including Samsung TV plus network.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a lot of research before buying this model. It was the mini LED technology that swayed me. I am old school and wanted a screen no bigger than 32" but 43" was the smallest that came with mini LED. There is a learning curve and the online manual is daunting at first. I have Tivo Edge connected. Navigating between Tivo which operates my TV provider's cable channels and the Smart TV's apps requires two remote controls. I'm not fond of the remote that comes with this TV. It is teeny, tiny and each button has one or two functions, none of which is listed. You have to read the manual to operate it. If you have big hands or arthritis, it may be problematic. This TV is replacing an earlier Samsung. Luckily that remote works just fine on this TV too, but you can find remotes online to replace the teeny one. As for apps, there is a good selection. I used to use an attached device for apps, but I've found all the ones I want here.

Not sure how the AI tools are actually working, because I don't see anything special about them. Two of the features that I actually dislike are the volume going up sometimes to compensate for noise, and I notice that it wasn't working accurately, and the brightness automatic adjustment. When brightness is adjusted, the quality and sharpness of the image look bad. It makes it look like an old, fading image. The upscaling seems to be working, but since my internet is not the strongest, I am not sure if it's the connection that improves or the upscaling that is working. But without any question, the picture quality of this TV is extraordinary.

We appreciate your input on the picture quality of Samsung’s QN90F TV. If the image isn’t meeting your expectations, there are several adjustments you can make to improve your viewing experience.
First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
Then, select a Picture Mode that best fits your environment: Home > Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode 1. Standard – Default mode for general viewing 2. Dynamic – Brighter and clearer in well-lit rooms 3. Eco – Optimized for energy saving 4. Movie – Best for watching in dark environments 5. Filmmaker Mode – Preserves content exactly as intended by creators
You can also enhance your experience by enabling AI Mode, which automatically adjusts picture and sound based on your surroundings and usage patterns: Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings > AI Mode
If these adjustments don’t improve your picture quality, feel free to contact Samsung Customer Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG (8AM – 9PM EST Mon – Fri, 8AM – 6PM Sat – Sun). You can also LiveChat with an agent or find helpful guides by visiting the ‘Support’ section of our website.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV blew away all my expectations, even after exhaustively researching the best TVs for brightly-lit rooms, and finding the Samsung QLED 4K QN90F to be one of the highest rated. I have been plagued for years with the mirror-like reflection of a huge high west-facing window obliterating most of the screen during any afternoon hours, and I was dubious any TV was going to be a huge improvement. I was wrong. The matte screen and the dynamic picture setting option completely negate that issue, at any time of the day. You have to look hard to be able to tell there is a window there at all, and it doesn't detract from the picture in the slightest. That alone would make me rate this the best TV purchase I've ever made, but it definitely doesn't stop there. The resolution, clarity, and vivid, rich color is jaw-dropping. I love the various pre-set picture modes, allowing me to easily change based on what I'm watching without having to deep-dive into the advanced settings, with built-in settings for brightness/contrast etc. for the preset modes, on a single button on remote. The initial setup was extremely easy with everything intuitively linking to my existing accounts, and the platform is fairly well laid out and easy to navigate. The TV speakers are really quite good, but I added a Samsung wireless surround system, which also linked intuitively without any issues, and I now have a legit home theater everyone is in awe of. Even at 4pm! Thanks Samsung!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 85” 4k QN90F is amazing. I had the GeekSquad install it given its weight & size. The picture is fabulous and so glad I opted for this anti glare screen. Get the extended warranty just in case!
