Great TV: poor apps

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture and sound are excellent. The only complaint I have is that you don't have access to the standard android TV apps. Samsung has limited TV apps and doesn't have the TV apps I really got used to having.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung TV itself is very nice, as always when I buy Samsung. The big problem for me is the Home Page — I am forced to see Samsung partner ads, pictures, and apps I don’t want. Even though I purchased the TV, it feels like I’m not paying for anything because I can’t remove those displays. I will never subscribe or use them. I give that part zero. The TV is great, but if I could delete everything shown on the Home Page,art etc, I would be truly happy.

Very frustrating, several times a week we have to reconnect to wireless only on this TV. Pictures is great when it works

Thank you for reaching out. If your TV is having trouble maintaining a wireless connection, please try the following:
1. Distance matters – Keep your TV within 50 feet of your router. Avoid placing the router behind walls, furniture, or electronic devices. 2. Minimize interference – Turn off nearby wireless devices that may disrupt the signal. 3. Power cycle both devices – Unplug the TV and router for 30 seconds, then plug them back in. 4. Run diagnostics: o Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Smart Hub Connection Test o Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Wi-Fi 5. Update firmware: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now 6. Factory reset (if needed): Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Reset > Factory Data Reset

The brightness and contrast of the television is fantastic during daytime viewing. We are truly amazed of the quality of our television. Thank you Samsung.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so happy with this TV. The picture is crystal clear and brightness and contrast are perfect based on your preferences. The sound is actually good when just using the TV speakers. I’ve hooked up a sound bar and between that and the picture on the screen, I feel Iike I’m in a theater. The TV is extremely light so putting it on a table is very easy. Setting up the TV took no time at all. Each upgraded Samsung I buy just keeps getting better and better.
