After purchasing our first Defender - Phoenix it met all of our expectations with the exception of wishing we would have purchased more cameras, so we decided to purchase another system with two cameras and now we keep one monitor downstairs and have the other one upstairs. The cameras have excellent night viewing! Only issue we have is when it rains or is extremely wet outside the speaker has a tendency to get distorted in sound.

Frame look sturdy. Picture and sound quality is clear. With 2 way speaker and you could move and zoom the camera manually.

Just received my PhoenixM22C and it works perfectly. Was easy to set up, everything just worked, didn't even need to pair the cameras. I am currently using to monitor my front and back yard but will eventually use it to monitor hitch and boat trailer behind our 5th wheel when travelling.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this a few month back and just started having trouble with it recording. Found out their was a update that wasn't uploading correctly. Darrielle was a lot of help and was able to help us get them back up and running in no time.

I purchased the Phoenixm2 very easy set up. Had a problem with out of range. Online customer support Darrielle responded said firmware update was needed and is sending a SD card with update firmware and instructions how to update.
