set up issues

We were able to set up the cameras with no issues. However, we wanted the "Motion Activated" option versus the Scheduled Times. After numerous times, we wrote for HELP and within 24 hours we received a reply along with 2 "YouTube" videos to help with the setup. We looked at both and were able to set-up the "Motion Activated" option. It seems to be working fine now.

Very nice camera-security system! Very easy to set up, came with window stickers and memory card, picture is excellent, even in the dark, sounds is great, absolutely love it! I highly recommend it.
