Easy to install

I wanted something very simple to put together and would also give me great digital picture. I am very happy with this system and would buy another in a heartbeat. I am going to add more cameras.

Total easy setup. works for my needs. may add more cameras later. coverage is good. base unit easy to use, and easy to understand even without having to go back to manual. Base easy to move. at night I put it in bedroom, if I'm home during the day I bring it to my office or living room.

glad I picked this for my first security system

bought this unit plus a third long range wireless camera.Very easy to setup and install.Base can be moved any where in the house.simple to operate,if you can program your dvr you can do this even if you have to go online for instructions.

i needed an extra surveillance system to accompany my wired system. i needed one that would enable me to watch my pets in my back yard while i was watching tv (where my wired system is hooked up to), so i could obviously not be able to view the wired cameras and watch tv at the same time. so i had this small monitor at my side always throughout the summer watching my pets in the yard while i watched the news, etc. it was very convenient and a life saver for my pets. since one of them was violently abducted prior to having it. the only set back for me was that i could not take it from room to room without unplugging it and plugging it again. the wire is too short to reach some of my other outlets, so i had to work around it. but other than that it worked well. i would recommend to all who purchase defender products that you submit your review in order to extend it's warranty period. its nice of them to do that for their customers. i don't believe many other companies offer that.

Works Great as Advertised

I have this system in my antique shop and its working great. Images are clear and I'm very happy. I had one problem with a camera and I contacted Defender they said to send back that camera and they repalaced it with a New Camera, so they have great service support as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!
