I first ordered a camera system that was left at the door by the delivery company and was stolen... Defender quickly took the case and has resolved it providing an excellent support and updates of the situation. I ordered a second PhoenixM2 system, I'm using it and I must say it works perfectly! I'm very happy with the simplicity of it. It's a product I do not hesitate to recommend, for his quality and support.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Con: Image cannot be inverted, so camera must be attached above the mounting - complicates installing under overhanging eaves.

We are extremely pleased with this security system! It was easy to install, especially since we are not technologically savvy. The cameras wirelessly connect to the monitor with no wi-fi or iPhone app connection. I have been looking for SO long for this great product! Don't hesitate to buy it!
