Easy set up and good tech support

simple and easy to set up.
The machines showed "out of range" after one month and we contacted the tech support. Darrielle replied us quickly, helped us troubleshoot and solved the problem!
We were happy about the service.

Great system and great support

I installed this system and since I didn't really know what I was doing, I had some problems. Melissa,in customer service, walked me through the fix and solved the problem. It's a great system, ease of install, clear video and sound. And great customer service. You can't beat that

I bought a single camera model and subsequently upgraded this with two additional cameras. I will probably add a fourth camera. All of it works well right out of the box, with a little adjustment.

I love Defender products I have had 3 cameras for many years and I put them up myself and I tell everyone how easy and happy I am with mine so if you are looking to stay safe this is your answer

I bought my first 3 camera about 4years ago and added one more feel great when I leave home to no that I am protected and safe at all times nothing better than piece of mind very happy with this product

Have had the phoenixm22c for a year, very happy with this product. I had a sound issue with one of the cameras last week, Darrielle from Defender told me to unplug the camera and replug back in, that fixed the problem. Very simple fix.

We already had a wired Defender system for our house but needed a smaller wireless system for the garage that didn't need wifi. This is great, it has good, clear picture of the area that is pretty far away. Would definitely buy again!

We wanted to add more cameras to our older Defender system but it has been discontinued. I wanted to keep the reliability we've come to trust so we ordered the PHOENIXM22C. Easy set up. I like the monitor with this product rather than using the tv as with the old one. The old one still works great and I fully expect the same with this new system. Quality at a very affordable price!
